Position Overview:
Kinetic Wealth is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to support our advisors and help deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role combines client service, operational support, and administrative coordination within a wealth management environment. The ideal candidate has experience working in a financial services firm and understands the processes involved in client onboarding, account servicing, and advisor support.

Applicants should have prior experience working in a financial advisory, wealth management, brokerage, or banking environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Respond to client service requests and assist with account-related inquiries.
  • Help onboard new clients and prepare account opening paperwork.
  • Coordinate account transfers, distributions, and other service requests.
  • Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials for advisors.
  • Maintain accurate client information in the firm’s CRM system.
  • Communicate with custodian to complete account requests.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure client service tasks are completed promptly.
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in financial services (RIA, wealth management firm, broker-dealer, or bank).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional and client-service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a wealth management or financial planning firm.
  • Familiarity with custodial platforms such as LPL Financial Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing.
  • Experience using a CRM system (Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, etc.).

Compensation:
  • Salary range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
